Born: Fort Myers, Florida, May 18, 1956
Tony Griffith was born in Jacksonville, Florida and raised in Melbourne Beach, Florida. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from Florida State University in 1986 and was selected to the Omicron Delta Kappa National Honorary. He also was the President of Theta Chi Fraternity and served as the President of the FSU Chapter of Mortar Board National Senior Honor Society. In addition, he was selected for FSU ’s Gold Key Honorary Society and Order of the Omega. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 1986, with Honors. He was also on the Board of the FSU Law Review and was selected to serve as an Article and Notes Editor. Mr. Griffith has also previously served on the Board of Directors for the Clearwater Bar Association.
Mr. Griffith is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar, less than 3% of Florida Bar members are Board Certified in Civil Trial Law. He is also Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, less than 1% of Florida Bar members are Board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory, which is that law directory’s highest rating. An AV rating signifies that the recipient’s legal abilities are of the highest standards and that his professional ethics and conduct are beyond question.
Mr. Griffith is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. These two organizations are dedicated to serving the interests of plaintiffs, injured persons and their families in litigation.
Mr. Griffith represents only injured persons and their family members in personal injury cases. His areas of practice involve primarily motor vehicle accident and motorcycle accident cases, as well as premises liability, slip and fall and trip and fall cases, and dog bite cases.
Mr. Griffith has obtained numerous six and seven figure results for his clients through either settlements, judgments or verdicts. Mr. Griffith has represented injured persons in state court throughout Florida. He has also represented injured persons on appeal in state appellate courts throughout Florida. He has appeared, argued, and won before the Florida Supreme Court, establishing new law favorable to all people involved in motor vehicle collisions in Florida.
Mr. Griffith’s hobbies primarily involve spending time with his wife and four daughters. He has enjoyed being active in his church and playing the drums in their contemporary choir for the past ten years. He has been supportive of Pinellas Habitat for Humanity for many years, previously serving as its president from 2001 to 2003.

Brian C. Guenther was born in Fairfield, California,

After his admission to the Florida Bar, Mr. Guenther
was employed as an Assistant State Attorney for the
20th Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida.
During this time Mr. Guenther served in the
misdemeanor and juvenile divisions until moving to
the felony division. Mr. Guenther appeared before
the Court on numerous motion hearings, attended many
depositions and tried 11 felony cases and assisted
in the preparation and trial of another 10 to 15
felony cases in his capacity as an Assistant State
Attorney. Mr. Guenther became an Associate with
Abbey, Adams, Byelick, Kiernan, Mueller & Lancaster,
L.L.P. on February 3, 1997and became a Partner on
January 1, 2002 trying multiple injury cases on
behalf of defendants.
Mr. Guenther is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer
by the Florida Bar.
